We are an online resale marketplace for baby goods with a growing operations team. As an Operations Associate, your job is to help process inventory, fulfill orders, and a variety of other tasks essential to keeping the company working smoothly! We are looking for reliable people with a strong work ethic who can help support our rapid growth. Organization, time management, and attention to detail are key.

This is a full-time, on-site role that can be repetitive and requires the lifting of heavy items.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Adaptable and quick learner – particularly with technology and software
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable
  • Experience with baby products a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, clean, photograph, and process incoming inventory
  • Prepare and maintain listings for the site
  • Data entry
  • Order fulfillment
  • Additional duties as assigned
