Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind every item we sell. We carefully inspect, clean, and verify each product to ensure it meets our high standards for quality and safety. Although such instances are rare, if your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or not as expected, we are fully committed to resolving the issue promptly and thoroughly. You deserve a seamless experience, and we are committed to making things right.
Returns
Stork Exchange accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, excluding car seats and final sale items, which are not eligible for return. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend opening and assembling your new products upon delivery to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
To initiate a return:

Email returns@storkexchange.co with your order number and brief reason for your return.

A member of our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm your request and provide further instructions.
All returns are reinspected to assess refund eligibility. To be eligible for a full refund, the following return criteria must be met:
- Returns are requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Returns are in their original listing condition and do not show signs of recent use.

Items are returned in their original packaging.

A tracking number is provided within 7 days of initiating the return.
Change of mind returns: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping. We do not refund return shipping fees. Once received, all returns will be reinspected to assess the item’s condition prior to processing a refund. We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse.
Damaged or incorrect items: As a first step, we will always attempt to repair or replace the item. If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will receive a notification from our team. If your return meets our return eligibility criteria, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, please contact returns@storkexchange.co. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same condition requirements as the return. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt and re-inspection of the returned item(s).
Order Cancellations
Orders are prepared for shipping as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your gear in a timely manner.

Orders can be canceled until 7 AM the following business day after they are placed.

Once an order has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to cancel or modify.

Package Refusal
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to Stork Exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Car Seats
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on car seats unless there is a material defect or issue.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are only eligible for a return if the item arrived damaged, is missing parts, or is not in the condition it was listed as.
